Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellations

Coach subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from the billing page in your dashboard. When you cancel:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
• No refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing period.
• At the end of the billing period your account is automatically downgraded to the free Starter plan.
• All your data — students, classes, history — is retained on the Starter plan. You can resubscribe at any time to restore full access.

Plan Upgrades

When you upgrade your plan, the change takes effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period, and a credit will be applied for any unused days on your previous plan.

Plan Downgrades

When you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain full access to your current plan features until then. No refund or proration is applied for downgrades.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, Stripe will retry the charge automatically over approximately two weeks. During this period your account remains active. If all retries fail your subscription will be cancelled automatically and your account will be downgraded to the Starter plan. You will receive email notifications at each stage.

Lesson Cancellations (Students)

Lesson cancellation policies are set by each individual coach and are displayed on the booking page before enrollment. Common policies include cancellation up to 24, 48, or 72 hours before the lesson start time. When a cancellation is permitted, a credit equal to the amount paid is issued to your account and may be applied to future lessons with the same coach.

Lesson Cancellations (Coaches)

When a coach cancels a lesson, enrolled students are notified by email and a credit equal to the amount paid is automatically issued to each student's account.
