Coach Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating a coach account on CoachSite, you agree to these Coach Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Liability Waiver, and our Subscription Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform as a coach.

2. Coach Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create a coach account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. CoachSite reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Independent Contractor

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of CoachSite Systems LLC. CoachSite does not supervise, direct, or control your coaching activities. You are solely responsible for the services you provide to students, including the safety, quality, legality, and appropriateness of those services.

4. Coaching Standards

You agree to conduct all coaching activities in a safe, professional, and lawful manner. You represent that you hold any certifications, licenses, or permits required by applicable law to provide the coaching services you advertise. You agree not to use the Platform to conduct any illegal activity or to harm students.

5. Student Data

Student information provided through CoachSite is shared with you solely for the purpose of delivering coaching services. You agree not to use student data for any other purpose, not to sell or transfer it to third parties, and to handle it in accordance with applicable privacy laws including with respect to minors. Student accounts and records remain on the CoachSite platform regardless of your subscription status. CoachSite retains the right to maintain those student accounts and to help students find other coaches on the platform if your account is cancelled or downgraded.

6. Payments

Student payments are processed through Stripe Connect directly to your connected bank account. CoachSite does not take a percentage of student payments. You are responsible for your own tax obligations on income received through the Platform. Stripe may issue a 1099-K when applicable thresholds are met.

7. Subscription

Access to paid Platform features requires an active CoachSite subscription. Your subscription is governed by our Subscription Policy and Cancellation Policy. CoachSite reserves the right to modify features included in each plan tier with reasonable notice.

8. Subdomains and Custom Domains

CoachSite provides each coach with a subdomain (e.g., yourname.coachsite.io) as part of the Platform. This subdomain is owned exclusively by CoachSite Systems LLC and is licensed to you on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis solely during your active subscription. You have no ownership interest in the subdomain and may not transfer, sell, or encumber it.

Elite plan subscribers may be provisioned a custom domain as part of their plan benefits. Any such custom domain is registered, owned, and controlled by CoachSite Systems LLC. It is licensed to you for use during your active Elite subscription only. If your Elite subscription is cancelled, not renewed, or downgraded to a lower plan, the custom domain license terminates immediately. CoachSite is under no obligation to transfer, sell, or renew the domain on your behalf. You acknowledge that you acquire no ownership rights to any domain provisioned through the Platform.

CoachSite reserves the right to reclaim, reassign, or allow any subdomain or custom domain to expire following account cancellation or termination.

9. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to CoachSite including photos, videos, and descriptions. By uploading content you grant CoachSite a non-exclusive license to display that content as part of operating the Platform. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you provide and that it does not infringe any third party rights.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoachSite Systems LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your coaching activities, your use of the Platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoachSite Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid to CoachSite in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

CoachSite may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, conduct that harms students or other users, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us.

13. Price Changes

CoachSite reserves the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days advance notice by email. Existing subscribers will remain on their current price until their next billing cycle following the notice period. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Yavapai County, Arizona.
