Terms of Use

1. About CoachSite
CoachSite ("we," "us," or "our") is a platform that enables coaches to manage lessons, enrollments, and communications with their students. CoachSite provides the technology platform — the coach is responsible for the content, scheduling, and conduct of their classes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on CoachSite. Students under 18 may participate only when a parent or legal guardian creates an account and signs any required waivers on their behalf.
3. Payments
Payments for lessons are processed securely through Stripe. You pay the coach directly — CoachSite does not collect or hold your payment. CoachSite does not store your credit card information.
4. Cancellations & Credits
Each coach sets their own cancellation policy. If you cancel within the allowed window, you will receive a credit toward a future class with that coach. Credits are non-transferable, are scoped to the coach you enrolled with, and expire based on that coach's credit expiry setting. CoachSite does not issue refunds directly.
5. Coach Responsibility
Coaches on CoachSite are independent operators, not employees of CoachSite. CoachSite is not responsible for the content, safety, or quality of any lesson. Any disputes regarding a class should be resolved directly with the coach.
6. Custom Domains
If your coach has a custom domain provided through CoachSite, that domain is purchased and owned by CoachSite. If the coach cancels their subscription, the domain will not be renewed and will expire naturally. This arrangement is disclosed to coaches at signup.
7. Communications
By enrolling in a class, you may receive transactional emails related to your enrollment (confirmations, cancellations, reminders). These do not require opt-in. Marketing emails from your coach — such as class announcements or special offers — are only sent if you have explicitly opted in. You may opt out at any time.
8. Account Termination
CoachSite reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or is used in a manner that is harmful to other users or the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
CoachSite is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachSite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you through the platform. Continued use of CoachSite after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
